Multi-layer Co-extrusion Distributor is suitable for all kinds of polymer materials, used with extrusion flat die, and can be uniformly compounded and extruded into film, sheet and plate products according to the layering requirements of customers.
According to the applicable plastic raw materials and usage conditions, there are mandrel type, block type, swing leaf type and other forms to choose from, and the arrangement order of the composite layers can be changed by changing the layered sorting axis at the feeding place.
The number of composite layers that can be processed ranges from 2 layers to 60 layers or even more.
Dispenser Co-extrusion
Equipped with composite co-extrusion distributors of different structures according to the situation, the layering ratio can be adjusted, and the number of composite layers and the order of composite layers can be changed by replacing the material flow quick plug-in. The number of composite layers is baseline, and the layering ratio is expanded. It is mainly used in some plates, sheets and films that do not require high layering ratios. The layer temperature difference range is small, usually less than 20 degrees

In-mold Co-extrusion
Multiple inlets are used to feed materials separately. Each layer is designed with an independent cavity structure. It can compound a variety of materials with greatly different properties. The material layers are evenly distributed and the layer ratio error is small. It is mainly used in occasions with high requirements for sheets or films, and is usually equipped with a combiner.
