Jwell has launched a vacuum degas drying-free and energy-saving PET sheet production line with co-rotating parallel twin-screw extruder, which has the characteristics of low energy consumption, simple process and convenient use and maintenance. According to the customer's production capacity requirements, there are various specifications and models of co-rotating parallel twin extruders with screw diameters of 75/85/95/110/135mm, Its unique screw combination structure effectively reduces the viscosity drop of PET resin. The thin wall, sprial runner interanl cooling roller improves the cooling efficiency, but also improves the production capacity and the quality of the sheet; the multi-component feeding device can reasonably control the proportion of new material, recycle material, color masterbatch, etc.; the produced sheet can be used for thermoforming printing packaging and other fields.
