During the sheet extrusion molding process, a UV high-gloss wear-resistant layer is coated online to increase the wear-resistant hardness of the sheet surface. The skin-feeling film is thermally transferred to the surface of the sheet online to obtain a velvet skin-feeling surface effect.The finished sheet is used as a fitting surface for high-end furniture panels.

PE and EVOH functional films can provide high barrier properties in low humidity environments, lock in water and freshness, and have high transparency. The functional film is thermally bonded to the PET/PP sheet online on a three-roller calender.
