JWELL PP/PE three/five extruders co-extrusion solar backsheet production line can reduce production cost while ensuring good performance of the product, simplify the perparation process, enhance the adhesion of each layer, to make it difficult to stratify or fall off, ensuring the long-term weather resistance of the solar panel. The PP/PE materials have better electrical insulation performance, improve the protection of the solar cells and increase service life.
The Production line adopts multi-layers co-extrusion, automatic metering system, PLC control of the whole line, to achieve man-machine interface operation, remote testing service .
