Plastic hollow plate (corrugated board) is a new kind of board which is extruded of polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) as the main raw material . It has the characteristics of light weight (hollow structure) rich color, while the plastic hollow board and its products can be recycled, cleaned, reused, as a new green material in many fields, it is an ideal alternative material for cardboard, wood and aluminum. It can also be used for advertising board, cooling rain board, mold, partition board and so on. Its performance is superior to that of the traditional calcium-plastic corrugated board produced by hot dip method, and it has good economic benefits. Our production line has been exported to many countries around the world, well received by our customers.
PP hollow plate also can used for building templates, replace wood material to achieve green, low-carbon and circular development, and the PP hollow building templates has a lot of advantages such as lower cost, according to industry research that the building templates generally takes accounts for 20%-30%, if use plastic can reduced the cost and save energy, easy to process. Normaly plastic building templates can turnover more than 30-100 times, the service life is long. Jwell unique mould design can do one mould two board out at the same time, more lower cost and effective capacity.
